Shipping & Returns
We want your Cedar & Cove order to arrive safely and beautifully. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
Shipping
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery generally takes 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.
We currently ship within Canada for a flat rate of $12, with free standard shipping on orders of $120 or more before tax, after discounts.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. While we’ll always do our best to get your order to you promptly, delivery timelines provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please take a moment to confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’ll love what you choose, and our scent descriptions and profiles are designed to help you find the candle that feels right for your space. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the product and shipping packaging.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order has been packed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
